All orders shipped within the UK qualify for free shipping, with the exception of Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.

DELIVERY TIME

  • Delivery times may vary – Please note that the Estimated Delivery Date given during checkout is only an approximation and does not guarantee delivery by a specific time or date. Therefore, EvolveHorizon is unable to refund shipping charges for orders that arrive after the estimated delivery date. Please keep in mind that the estimated delivery date is calculated in business days and does not include weekends or holidays.
  • EvolveHorizon ships from multiple fulfillment centers – Your order may arrive in multiple packages due to logistical reasons. We will send you a detailed shipment schedule and tracking numbers via email once your order is processed for shipping.
    Weekend / Holiday Delivery – EvolveHorizon currently does not provide delivery options on weekends or holidays. Please note that all orders are processed and delivered from Monday to Friday only.
  • INTERNATIONAL and EXPRESS SHIPPING
    International Shipping – We are pleased to announce that we now ship to most countries. Please note that any applicable duties or VAT are charged by your local customs agency, if you need assistance with customs duties, please contact us and we can help you with local duties to ensure that the goods are delivered directly to you.
  • Express Shipping – We offer expedited shipping options such as 5-7 Business Day, 10 Day and Next Week. To get a shipping quote, please contact our sales department. Please note that for all Express Mail orders, they must be placed before 2:00pm PST to be shipped on the same day. Once an Express Mail order is placed, no changes or cancellations can be made.
  • SALES TAX
    Orders shipping to California addresses will be charged sales tax in accordance with state law.

INSURANCE

EcolveHorizon is not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged items during the shipping process. Customers have the option to purchase insurance at checkout to protect their purchases. We highly recommend purchasing insurance for fragile items such as mirrors and lighting products.

SPECIAL INSTRUCTION

Customers are responsible for leaving any special delivery instructions. Our couriers are authorized to leave packages at your doorstep without requiring a signature. However, for orders over $200.00, a signature is required at the time of delivery.

Refund Policy

*Returns

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Our Guarantee statement on our product pages also last for 30 days.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

The 30 day policy also adheres to any faulty item. If it is not returned within 30 days, a refund will not be given.
If a product is faulty within the first 30 day policy, it must not be opened to investigate or try to repair before contacting us to give approval.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
*No Refunds or Returns on Alloys Wheels or any of the Project Kahn products.
*No Refunds or Returns on any audio/visual equipment such as climate screens, android audio, rear entertainment screens unless unit is faulty.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@victorious.shop

Shipping Protection Insurance

Shipping protection insurance is not refundable once the product has been received by the customer. Only the product cost would be refunded if the terms are met

Refunds during processing period:

Our processing period for order usually lasts 5-7 days to fulfil the order. During this time our team placing orders with suppliers and factory to deliver your order. Cancelling an order during this time will endure a ÂŁ30.00 admin fee.

Installation:

Installation is at the responsibility of the customer, under no circumstance will a refund be granted if the product has failed due to installation, for any reason.

Under no circumstance will EvolveHorizon rebate or refund any cost of external installation incurred by the customer.

Shipping
To return your product, you should contact us by email and we will provide instructions.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over ÂŁ75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

Customs

If we receive a customs charge due to incorrect filing of customs form. We will pay the customs fee and deduct from your final refund.
